We are owners of commercial and income-producing property across Monterey County, with our programming and advocacy focused on Carmel-by-the-Sea. Every one of us has years, and often generations, invested in these blocks. We meet, we keep each other informed, and we speak together when the rules change.

When building regulations and permitting come up for review, owners are in the room together rather than one at a time.
